Know and Tell Friday

March 14, 2008

Question 1: What can you draw well? Nope.  But I can do some awesome pottery for you.

Question 2: Name a TV show (at any period in your life) that you watched that you were probably a little too old to watch. I love Disney movies to this day.  I also love Angel (the buffy spin off) and I know thats for teens.  I hope.

Question 3: What color is the dominant color of your wardrobe? Black.  It matches everything.

Question 4: Favorite donut? I don’t eat donuts – except for regular glazed or coconut.

Question 5: Wear painful shoes just because they are cute? no way. I typically wear my Chucks, my knee high boots or go barefoot.  There’s a chick at work that wears the SPIKE heels and was complaining about them hurting. I asked why she wore them. Her response? “Ummm Fashion? Have you heard of it?”  little brat.

Bonus Questions

Question 6: Is there anything that you believe you do not believe God about? No, if He says its true it is.  If its in His Word. Its true. That doesn’t mean I don’t question things I don’t get though.

Question 7: In general, do you think it is ok to be frustrated with people? Yup! Just not hate them. Im quite frustrated a lot! 🙂

Love your answers. My dad had a shoe repair shop. One of the things I learned about a spiky heel shoes is that the shank of a good pair is as strong as a good pair of workbooks. The well-made ones will use the same size metal (they go by nail size) as a work boot but it will be compacted into a smaller space so it actually provides more support. That is one reason why the arch part can be very uncomfortable unless they are very padded. Since we moved to Florida I try to avoid shoes that require wearing socks. One less thing I have to match.

I hate shoes and socks. In the winter, I am in the house constantly with just socks on (and typically mismatched ones at that). In the summer its barefoot or sometimes some kind of flip flop.
